现有技术中,河道清淤技术主要包括以下几种:1、排干清淤:通过修建临时围堰,把待施工段的河道截封住,然后抽排水进行干挖作业或水力冲洗,以实现清淤的目的;2、水下清淤:通过借助清淤船作为施工平台,将一系列清淤装置放在船上,然后可直接在水面上进行淤泥开挖作业,再通过输送管道将开挖出来的淤泥运输到岸上堆放场;3、环保清淤:通过使用专业环保清淤设备,实现二次污染防治,保证有效的清淤深度和位置[1]。

上述的河道淤泥固化处理工艺采用固化剂干粉的形式,使得搅拌时不容易搅拌均匀,固化效率低;另外,该工艺需要将淤泥输送至料仓搅拌,由于淤泥的触变性,输送淤泥至料仓费时费力,生产成本巨大[2]。
