应对措施和研究发展方向

(1)进行淤泥脱水——固化——稳定化一体化研究。 先对疏浚淤泥进行脱水, 将含水率降低到一定程度后,再进行固化,从而减少固化剂的掺入量,同时提高淤泥固化的效果。在进行淤泥固化时,要考虑对淤泥稳定化的影响,即在满足强度等力学指标和耐久性的同时,还应研究淤泥固化对污染物的稳定和固定作用。在实际中,应优先选用同时有利于淤泥固化和稳定化的固化材料。
(1) Research on the integration of sludge dewatering, solidification and stabilization. The dredged sludge is dewatered first, and then solidified after the water content is reduced to a certain extent, so as to reduce the amount of curing agent and improve the effect of sludge solidification. During sludge solidification, the influence on sludge stabilization should be considered, that is, while meeting the mechanical indexes such as strength and durability, the stabilization and fixation effect of sludge solidification on pollutants should also be studied. In practice, the solidified materials that are conducive to sludge solidification and stabilization should be preferred.
(2)采用多手段联合的方法,对淤泥固化的机理进行定量研究和分析。
